Q: When will you start services?
A: Immanuel is a church in formation. That means we’re a church now—we just do not meet on Sunday mornings, yet. We will begin Sunday morning meetings when the Lord lets us know we’re ready to launch services that will be sustainable and ready to thrive.
A: Our meeting place currently is all of Columbia as we meet and share life in one another’s homes. We are still in the process of searching for a centralized meeting space.
A: Anglicans are Christians worship and practice as described in the Book of Common Prayer. You’ll find some similarities to other sacramental, liturgical traditions and some similarities to reformed traditions as Anglicanism takes the via media, i.e. the middle way. A: Our sending church is Church of the Redeemer in Nashville and we are part of the Diocese of Pittsburgh in the Anglican Church in North America.
