Sent out to be with those God loves
Q: When will you start services?
A: Immanuel is a church in formation. That means we’re a church now—we just do not meet on Sunday mornings, yet. We will begin Sunday morning meetings when the Lord lets us know we’re ready to launch services that will be sustainable and ready to thrive.
Q: Where do you meet?
A: Our meeting place currently is all of Columbia as we meet and share life in one another’s homes. We are still in the process of searching for a centralized meeting space.
Q: What is Anglicanism?
A: Anglicans are Christians worship and practice as described in the Book of Common Prayer. You’ll find some similarities to other sacramental, liturgical traditions and some similarities to reformed traditions as Anglicanism takes the via media, i.e. the middle way. Find out more here or check out this great
introductory book by Fr. Thomas McKenzie.
